We have been making 3 Dimensional shapes in maths and this is a statement from a student about what we have been doing:
We have been doing lots of work with 3D and 2D shapes. We have also been using nets to make the 3D shapes out of paper.
Room 2 did some dirty Bertie writing on the computer and we are sharing two pieces of writing:

       DIRTY
    BIRTIE
Smelly Birtie is a revolting kid. He has a radioactive butt and likes to fire volleys of atomic gas into the atmosphere, his eyes are always bulging and darting to side to side like a lizard. His fingers are always grubby and he hates baths more than anything! He has scruffy brown hair like a dog, and when he wants to he can be silent but violent or as loud as a brass band! If he was real then he would have ripped his pants! ‘KABLAM!!!!!!’  goes his butt.
‘POOH! Is that you Birtie?’

 Smelly Bertie
I have created a visual language poster of Smelly Bertie as an image.
He likes farting so I have made him the shorts and he is breathing out a fart. The dominant image as you have probably guessed is smelly Bertie. In the back-ground I have used a greeny dirty colour to represent the dirty farts he makes. The colour of his shirt is white and mucky because he never washes it and his shorts are red like the ones he wears. I have outlined the shorts and top to make them stand out.
The fart is also a greasy green colour. These are the appropriate colours for smelly Bertie.
So mark my words and I’m telling the truth don’t go near Smelly Bertie because his bottom might explode any minute now

These are some of our camp photos from when we had Dave:
